English: Ganne ka juice or cane juice is a part of life in the northern parts of India. Particularly when the thermometer soars and humidity is a meager 10 to 15%. It is a common sight to spot a ganna juice cart strolling in the galis in cities and suburbs. It is a pure desi jugad system of extracting juice from the canes. 🌿Mint, black salt, 🍋lemon juice and sometimes even a little ginger is added to get that typical flavor. It keeps you hydrated and cool along with the refreshing sweet and minty tingling taste.
