Characters box(es)

Would the experts please explain (for me and other slowcoaches) why I (using the English interface) still see the characters box even though it's no longer part of the copyrightwarning. I see the Te Reo version, below the copyright and save/preview sections. For a while I saw all that plus the English version higher up. I might prefer to have one or other higher up, to minimise scrolling. Robin Patterson 11:48, 26 Hui-tanguru 2006 (UTC)
